In this functionalization process, grafting triethylenetetramine (TETA) on the MWCNT surface can bridge the connection of MWCNTs to the epoxy matrix. Although oxidative shortening of MWCNTs has previously been achieved, lengthwise cutting is hitherto unreported. Table 3 shows the characteristics and morphologies of the MWCNT produced by Nanocyl (Nanocyl 7000), and table 4 lists some of the company's key product lines. |
