The event is part of the Make a Noise in Libraries fortnight, organised by the RNIB which runs from July 6 to 19.
The week has been designated Make a Noise in Libraries Week by charity the National Library for the Blind.
Suggestions on library services for the visually impaired are being welcomed as part of Make a Noise in Libraries Week which runs until July 25.
