LEFKOSA, Sep 16, 2009 (TUR) -- Turkish Cypriot Foreign Minister Huseyin Ozgurgun said Wednesday that Maras issue, could only be resolved through negotiations within the scope of the extensive talks, as an element of the Cyprus issue.
According to Poveda, whose documentary "La vida loca" will premiere in France September 30, the maras have 50,000 members in the United States, 35,000 in Honduras, 15,000 in Guatemala and 15,000 in El Salvador.
Central America, however, appears to be boiling over with violent crime, largely due to the powerful street gangs known as maras.
