We developed a brief, reliable, psychometrically valid measure of performance anxiety that is self-administered and suitable for use by clinicians and researchers. However, EBITDA, as used and defined by Allis-Chalmers, may not be comparable to similarly titled measures employed by other companies and is not a measure of performance calculated in accordance with GAAP. It is also management's belief that this non-GAAP measure of performance is one of the most critical measures of Company valuation for investors. |
