Secretary for Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Salim Gul Sheikh,
will lead the Pakistani delegation in the dialogue with the
seven-member Indian side headed by his counterpart Baadal Das. Following the terrorist attacks of 9/11, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism announced their plan to reduce promotional activities targeted for the US and Europe, and focus upon the Asian markets. In collaboration with the Korean Broadcasting Commission and supported by the Korean Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Focus on Korea will feature a series of conferences on the subject of Korean mobile telephony and high-speed Internet services, a special edition of the MIP-TV News magazine celebrating Korea, and a dedicated Korean Pavilion will be set up on the floor of the market. |
