Launched at the request of the Multnomah County district attorney and the Portland chief of police, the investigation sought answers to five questions: Did Adams violate the law by having sex with Beau Breedlove before Breedlove reached the age of 18?
Multnomah County, Oregon In 1990, the Multnomah County district attorney began exploring ways in which the services of his office could augment Portland's community policing effort.
A spokesman for the Multnomah County District Attorney said his office discussed the Portland woman's recent accusation with Benton County officials, but the statute of limitations has expired on the alleged 1993 attack.
