Tovaxin(TM) is composed of Myelin Reactive T cell (MRTC) lines against the major proteins of the myelin sheath, myelin basic protein (MBP), proteolipid protein (PLP) and myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG). Tovaxin(TM) is a trivalent formulation of attenuated myelin-peptide reactive T cells (MRTCs), which are derived from peripheral blood and produced ex vivo as MBP, proteolipid protein (PLP) and myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) reactive T cells.
