My advice to the NCFC is that, if they look to these counter-claims put forward against us, the committee will be transformed from one that fights corruption to one that assists corruption. NCFC converted to a REIT in 2004 in an effort to increase shareholder returns, take advantage of tax efficiencies and better position itself to achieve its growth objectives. For series 2003-2, NCFC originated and deposited the collateral, but Deutsche Bank acted as the seller. |
