The new small-batch roasting and packaging system, and the new staff the roaster has added, will triple the company's previous roasting capacity, allowing NOCW to micro-roast more than 250,000 pounds of coffee in 2003.
NOCW has already more than doubled its current sales through new agreements with national and regional retailers.
