The hadith of awakening does not appear to be cited in the Nahj al-balAghah.
In addition to the Qur'anic verses, Sadra also quotes from 'Ali ibn Abi Talib's Nahj al-Balaghah, which points, once again, to Sadra's desire to construe the intrinsic-existential transformation of things as a religio-cosmological doctrine.
