The opposition New National Party (NNP) said Grynberg, in an effort to have the agreement re-instated, formulated a lawsuit in which he alleged that the then Energy Minister asked him for a bribe, and threatened the Keith Mitchell administration to file the law suit if his demand was not met.
I believed that the renamed and reformed New National Party, the African National Congress, alongside the government Black Economic Empowerment and Broad-Based Economic Empowerment programmes, were supposed to dismantle the institutionalised racism and white domination of the private sector.
The New National Party just recently announced that it is re-launching.
