Manmohan Singh on Friday congratulated US President Barack Obama for winning the Nobel Peace Prize for 2009, which he will receive on December 10 this year.
UN Special Envoy for Cyprus Alexander Downer said US President Barack Obama should have been "man enough" to refuse the Nobel Peace Prize and called it the worst decision in the history of the prestigious awards.
Maxwell, Cambuslang, Glasgow *** I BELIEVE Barack Obama is the man who should be leading America at present, but I was a little bemused at him receiving a Nobel Peace Prize so early in his presidency.
