The seller, Opera Ghost, is the pseudonym of Really Useful Films, who are clearing out their costume cupboards.
Other prominent buyers included Anthony Bromley of Highflyer Bloodstock, who paid pounds 31,000 for the top-priced store horse, a three-year-old Opera Ghost gelding from the family of Champion Hurdle winner Royal Gait and the useful dual-purpose horse Captain Miller.
He shares his grand-dam with Melbourne Cup hero Vintage Crop and is by Caerleon, as is another of the sires on show, useful middle-distance runner Opera Ghost.
