The BLM's PEIS properly evaluates the environmental impacts of herbicide use and ties to an approved BLM Environmental Impact Statement on using herbicides to control invasive species in 17 Western states.
PEIS survey According to a Phoenix for Economic and Informatics Studies (PEIS) survey, 19% of the sample that included 1,144 Jordanians said their economic situation did not change, 11% reiterated that the economy is better now, while 52% believe that the economic situation will get worse, with 28% being optimistic that the economy will improve; 36% said their earnings in 2009 have declined.
There are funding ideas like tolls at the Eisenhower tunnel, but because of the PEIS and tough local opposition in places ("collaboration" is often when you agree with "me"), we're still years away from any real relief, and that is best-case.
