The person who answered the phone was very polite, asked for my name and the names of my medicines. A person who answered the phone at Francis Property Management in Beverly Hills, the owners of the Scott Villa Apartments, said there would be no comment. Now, maybe I'm expecting too much, but when I informed the first person who answered my call that I was, essentially, both a potential new customer and an individual who has the power to take away one of their existing service accounts, shouldn't that have thrown up a red flag that my call should be prioritized, or that I should, at the very least, be properly directed to someone who could help me? |
