Many developers have been taking a keen interest in the proposal to introduce Planning Gain Supplement (PGS).
There are Section 106 agreements which were to move aside for the Planning Gain Supplement but the PGS itself is no longer coming forward.
Planning Gain Supplement (PGS) is a proposal for a fixed levy on the enhanced land value after it receives planning permission.
