NASDAQ:RFMD), a global leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance radio systems and solutions for applications that drive mobile communications, today announced the availability of the RF386X family of gallium arsenide (GaAs) pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT) low-noise amplifiers (LNAs).
The module also supports GPRS multi-slot operation and consists of impedance-matching circuitry for 50 ohm input and output impedances, transmit harmonics filtering, high-linearity and low-insertion loss pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (PHEMT) radio frequency (RF) switches, diplexer and power amplifier control (PAC) block with internal current sense resistor.
The LNA uses Agilent's proprietary GaAs enhancement-mode pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (E-pHEMT) process to achieve high gain operation with very low noise figures and high linearity.
