We can use the Psychology of Vision model to understand what has gone wrong ?
An artist and designer, he attended the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan, Italy in the early '50s and dedicated his attention to research into the psychology of vision, planning perceptive structures and the methodology of design.
Apparently it has been very well-received by focus groups, being based on the theories of Psychology of Vision which, it is claimed, is a self- healing method followed by the likes of PR doyenne Lynne Franks and Princess Diana.
