Colonel Jan Raats, Chief, Procurement Department of the Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF) opened each of the courses with a presentation stressing the importance of foreign military sales (FMS) to the Netherlands and the RNLAF in particular. Roman Ptakowski, President of ISSC, commented, "This selection by the Boeing Company for the RNLAF program provides another example of the growing use of IS&S display products for military, commercial air transport, and business aviation applications.
