If your volumes of separated serum are insufficient, you might consider larger centrifuges that can spin blood at a higher relative centrifugal force.
RCF is the relative centrifugal force, and 400 g to 450 g is generally recommended for the preparation of the concentrated urine sediment.
They further recommend that the time of centrifugation should be five minutes, and the speed should be a relative centrifugal force (RCF) of 400g.
