What has been accomplished so far is this: A Coast Guard contract has been awarded to an independent consulting firm, RNI Management Consultants, Inc.
As part of a public/private partnership with the city and county of Denver, RNI has given the city modems and service in exchange for the opportunity to jointly develop and deploy Ricochet-based municipal and public safety applications.
RNI is focused on the hard-to-reach Generation Y "influencers," who range in age from 12 to 26.
