Centralized Station Message Detail Recording (SMDR) enables Call Accounting software to be located on a single Call Accounting Server that can receive SMDR call data from each Strata CIX node via TCP/IP on the Strata Net Network.
Using the SMDR (Station Message Detail Reporting) capability of TeleVantage with TCS-700, specific call details such originating number or extension, number dialed, duration of call, and time of call are collected in real-time, generating up-to-the-minute reports and billing statements.
Release 15 also enables station-to-station SMDR (station message detail recording), for better monitoring of internal telephone activity, as well as the ability to change the attendant console mode from day to night via any network-connected station set.
