will import scrap and residues and exporting at least 20K mt/yr copper cathodes when first smelter goes into production.
Coinciding with the start-up of its smelting plant in August 1997, SWIL
will use the VPSA oxygen to increase the efficiency of its melting process and reduce power consumption.
