Title IV, Subtitle A, "Pilot Programs for Employment Eligibility Confirmation, calls for so-called "machine-readable documents with "the individuals Social Security account number and photo identification. The 4-percent sample, also based on Social Security account number digits, initially included wage records for accounts established in 1937-39. |
