The term Speech therapy is an abbreviation for the longer term Speech and Language Therapy as practiced by a Speech and Language Therapist.
Speech and language conditions are normally the result of an injury, head trauma, developmental delays, injury, emotional issues, and brain conditions.
I AM writing to the South Wales Echo to express my thanks to the workers and patients that I met during my visit to the Speech and Language Therapy Department at Aberdare Hospital.
