Customers of Networkcar now have automatic vehicle location, stolen vehicle tracking and recovery, towing, locksmith service, battery boost, onsite repair, fuel delivery, and other critical roadside services needed to get their vehicles back on the road.
It provides a high level analysis of the key services that could enable a future mass market for telematics in Europe, by considering the relative importance and potential of nine key telematics/ITS services, including: e-call; pay-as-you-drive insurance; traffic information; stolen vehicle tracking and hybrid navigation.
It also shows the emphasis being placed on Stolen Vehicle Tracking systems, with insurers adopting standards in five countries and others monitoring their impact on crime figures.
