TANN offered the DOT a revenue-sharing deal, but city officials balked because of the company's reliance on advertising, said John Cox, its president. But the Indians were nearly as impressive with their unofficial, second-team entry of Brian Buck, sophomore Adrian Tann and freshmen Ryan Wyman and Travis Carruthers.
