TFQ recently hosted its first 'Assessment Day' of the year at Qatargas, where shortlisted applicants participated in a day comprising several activities, exercises and quizzes that evaluate their abilities, skills and knowledge.
Assessment day' is a unique experience that gives candidates the opportunity to network with their peers and TFQ staff in an interactive atmosphere.

The TFQ fellowship is designed to positively impact students in Qatar, and by working with its partner schools it has identified English, mathematics and science as high priority subjects.

Wadha Mohsen, principal of Amna bint Wahb Independent School for Girls, said she was amazed by the standards of excellence and characters of the TFQ Fellows.
TFQ is a local non-government organisation that enables graduates and young professionals, who wish to give back to Qatar, the opportunity to do so by inspiring students during a two-year teaching placement at independent schools.
TFQ is part of a broader initiative led by HE Sheikha Hind bint Hamad al-Thani that provides niche, innovative solutions to Qatar's education challenges.
TFQ is the 32nd member of the Teach for All Network, recognised as one of the world's 100 strongest NGOs in 2013 by the Global Journal.
