Shell purchased the property from TPR Development of Portland, Maine. Using this firm's service, thermoset materials, silicones, fluoroelastomers, fluorosilicones, liquid silicone rubber (LSR) and TPR are said to be among a long list of elastomer materials available for prototyping.
