Lithuania's telecommunications services market was liberalised on January 1, 2003, which spelled the end of the exclusive rights granted to incumbent operator Lietuvos Telekomas (latterly TEO LT AB) to provide local, domestic long-distance, and international basic voice services. Moreover, dry blending of the recycled TPV with virgin TEO material (EPDM/PP, little or no crosslinking of EPDM phase) was found to enhance the properties of the TEO, especially oil resistance and compression set. Fitch also upgrades the national scale rating of TEO to 'A(arg)' from 'BBB+(arg)' with a Stable Rating Outlook. |
