It will take three months for the Terms of Reference to be developed and approved before the EA can get started. One group, chaired by Archdeacon Eileen Apetagon of the diocese of Keewatin, will suggest candidates for a selection committee, devise a selection process, and develop terms of reference and a job description. The basic report elements include introductory data such as objectives or terms of reference, location, legalities, property history and previous work, climate and vegetation. |
