Trog PROPORTIONAL representation may make it fairer, but that comes with many problems too.
The cartoonist Trog (Wally Fawkes), always a keen observer of such matters, drew Harry Gold climbing on a chair to blow his sax.
Trog We don't need them, but I think they bring in far more income to the country (in terms of tourism etc) than they cost.
