To solve the over-the-wing and rear boarding challenges presented by the A380, ThyssenKrupp has developed a new and patented concept comprising the Cantilever Over-the-Wing Bridge (COB), the M1L Classic Bridge, and the UL1 extended bridge, a combination of which can reduce loading/disembarking time to 24 minutes.
