USJFCOM J7's frontend analysis (FEA) supported the cancellation, and JDPC voting members unanimously agreed to cancel the publication once its relevant information had been incorporated in an approved revision of JP 3-09.
These collaborative efforts involve the USJFCOM J-7, USJFCOM Joint Capability Development Directorate J-8), Training and Doctrine Command, Air Combat Command, Army Forces Command, Fleet Forces Command, and Marine Forces Command.
USTRANSCOM and USJFCOM started Unified View in 2005 to establish a continuous, systematic and shortened process for developing and gaining approval to address deployment and distribution challenges.
