The study assessed the impact of two Aquamin grades (Aquamin Sand Aquamin Soluble), when used in ultra high temperature (UHT) milk, long-life yogurt drinks and stirred yogurt products.
Deviations in the aseptic processing of ultra high temperature fluid milk products included gaps in recording process and product in-formation, delays in reviewing and signing these records, calibration deficiencies and an inadequate system for coding containers.
