We evaluated a 33-year-old woman who had undergone extraction of the upper right premolar and subsequently experienced pain and purulent material drainage at the site of the extraction. He is 5 feet 11 inches tall, 165 pounds, with brown hair, hazel eyes, and has numerous tattoos including: `PURE' across fingers of the right hand, and "EVIL' across fingers of the left hand; `Hell,' with cross and arrows on the left wrist; a horned mask on the right forearm; a heart wrapped in thorns and flames on the left forearm; a fallen angel on the upper right arm; and a cross on the left arm. In the upper right of the screen beneath the LOGSA logo and Logout button is a figure that looks like a running man. |
