One of the first nursing associations to put its support for the therapeutic use of cannabis on the public record, the VNA said it would 'continue to support legislation that would legalise the medically prescribed use of cannabis/ marijuana for the purposes of relieving pain and distressful symptoms of acute, chronic, or incurable illness.
