The WMF report said that many of the Damiyah dolmens are being adversely affected by rock quarry activities and are "left vulnerable to collapse".
WMF launched the World Monuments Watch programme in 1996 to draw international attention to cultural heritage sites at risk.
Ninety-three sites across 47 countries have been identified by the WMF as being at risk, the organisation's 2010 Watch list, released on Tuesday, said.
