WPV type 1 (WPV1) was isolated in 30 cases (27%), vaccine polioviruses in 15 cases (5 type 1, 5 type 2, and 6 type 3) (13%), and nonpolio enteroviruses in 18 cases (16%). Under the agreement, WPV will lease the transfer station, located about 30 miles from the company's landfill in Moretown, from the Chittenden Solid Waste District for a period of 10 years and will have an option to buy the operation at the end of that period for a minimal amount.
