Two riders allow for waiver of premium payment during disability or use of benefits for long-term-care expenses. It's a good idea to include a scanned copy of the plan and all riders such as double indemnity and disability waiver of premium and identify any waivers such as flying exclusions. Such rights would include all of the right, title, interest, ownership, control, and incidents of ownership in any and all insurance policies, and would include any conversion privilege, waiver of premium benefit, borrowing rights and assignment rights. |
