In this paper, we present a hyperspectral image lossy-to-lossless compression method based on the 3D SPEZBC algorithm, which adopts the Xiong's 3D integer wavelet packet transform (3D integer WPT) to decorrelate, the set-based quadtree partitioning zeroblock technique to process bitplane coding and the context-based adaptive arithmetic coding for further entropy coding.
