Command Security Corporation (AMEX: MOC) today announced that it has entered into a new $20 million revolving credit facility with Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, acting through its Wells Fargo Business Credit operating division.
SAN FRANCISCO -- Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE:WFC) said today that Wells Fargo Business Credit has signed a definitive agreement to acquire operations of Capital TempFunds, a division of Capital Business Credit, LLC.
The group's businesses include Wells Fargo Foothill, Wells Fargo Retail Finance, Wells Fargo Business Credit, Wells Fargo Trade Capital, Wells Fargo Distribution Finance, and the Canadian affiliates, Wells Fargo Foothill Canada and Wells Fargo Business Credit Canada.
