To make matters worse, an unfinished workprint of the film was leaked onto the Internet last week, which set off a series of negative reviews of the uncompleted footage. A rare 1991 workprint version of the film -- different from the original 1982 film and from the director's cut -- screens at the Egyptian Theatre September 21. |
