Chip Enable, Output Enable and Write Enable signals are provided to control the bus operation of the memory allowing simple connection to most microprocessors, often without additional logic.
The SRAM has an access time as fast as 20ns and offers separate Write Enable pins for byte control.
The tool currently supports a broad range of timing measurements including cycle and access time; clock minimum pulse width and contention; setup and hold for address lines, chip enable, write enable and data; and tri-state measurements.
