The announcement, last June, heralded the development of a new B2B Internet standard with yet another acronym, UDDI or "Universal Description, Discovery and Integration" and the more I read, the better it sounded.
It isn't here yet, but XBRL -- yet another acronym in a business world laden with them -- is around the corner, and its eventual impact is expected to be profound.
And yes, Kenya belongs to a regional trade entity, the Common Market for East and Southern Africa, which results in yet another acronym, COMESA.
