At press time, a concrete crushing plant in southeastern Michigan is idle because a township zoning board of appeals has denied a request for a permit from the operators. He lives in Roslyn Estates and is a chairman of the village's Zoning Board of Appeals. Michael Coakley, principal in the Detroit law office of Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone PLC and a deputy practice group leader for the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group, was recognized by the city of Bloomfield Hills for five years of volunteer service on its Zoning Board of Appeals. |
