Ecstasy (3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine), also known as MDMA, is an inexpensive illicit recreational drug that's popular in the dance club/rave scene.
L has a 2-year history of major depressive disorder and a history of Cannabis abuse with physiological dependence; Robitussin (base active ingredient, guaifenesin) and hydrocodone abuse with physiological dependence; 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) abuse; and diphenhydramine abuse.
Amphetamine (AM) [4], methamphetamine (MA), and the amphetamine-derived designer drugs 3,4-methylenedioxyamphetamine (MDA), 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (ecstasy, MDMA), and 3,4-methylenedioxyethylamphetamine (MDEA) are widely abused recreational drugs.
