Destiny of the Daleks story, with Tom Baker as Doctor Who - my generation's Doctor and the man who did for perms and long, woolly scarves what Dynasty did for big hair.
He first died in the series in 1979's

He is also revered among Dr Who cultists for playing Veldan in the story
Destiny of the Daleks.
