The eligibility criteria in terms of climate change solutions are derived from the International Climate Bond Standards scheme, backed by a group of leading, global institutional investors and environmental Non-Government Organisations consisting of the California State Teachers' Retirement System (CalSTRS); the Natural Resources Defense Council; the California State Treasurers' Office; the Investor Group on Climate Change (IGCC); the Carbon Disclosure Project; and the Ceres
Investor Network on Climate Risk (INCR).

Investor Network on Climate Risk, a network of 75 institutional investors and financial firms with collective assets totaling nearly $7 trillion focused on the business impacts of climate change.
