Norwegian fertilisers producer Yara International ASA said on Friday (20 April) that it has signed a preliminary agreement to establish a joint venture with Indian agricultural cooperative Krishak Bharati Cooperative Limited (Kribhco).
The contract was signed with Oman-India fertiliser company (OMIFCO), which is 50% owned by Oman Oil Company and 50% Indian companies KRIBHCO and IFFCO with 25% each.
